These soothing eye pillows encourage calm, relaxation and rest.

Eye pillows can be used to soothe tired eyes, help with headaches & insomnia and focus attention during meditation & yoga.

Filled with organic buckwheat and Yorkshire lavender the eye pillow can be used both warm and cold. Used cold eye pillows can help with headaches, sore eyes and puffiness while used warm they can relieve facial tension and rejuvenate tired eyes.

Handmade by Jen from her home in London, SewnUpByJen’s mission is to provide premium, ethically made, eco friendly items to those looking to make the switch from single use to reusable and zero waste.

Generously sized at 12cm x 24cm the eye pillow will cover both the eyes and forehead. The pillow is made from 100% cotton fabric and has a removable, washable cover.

To use as a cold compress place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, alternatively heat in the microwave with a small cup of water in 20 second bursts.

Caution - do not leave the microwave unattended when heating as there is a risk of burning. Please use care when using heat bags and do not place directly onto the skin straight after heating.
